Electric Uncapping Knife with Thermostat Control

When it comes to modern honey harvesting techniques, extracting honey with an extractor requires the honey cells to be opened up. Doing this allows the honey to flow out of the cells as the frames are spun. There are many uncapping tools available for uncapping these cells, but the uncapping knife is the most popular.

This uncapping knife features an adjustable thermostat to help control the heat of the blade. The hot blade helps the beekeeper easily cut the cappings off the honeycomb without removing more wax than is necessary.

The stainless steel blade can accommodate medium and deep honey frames. The plug works off a 120-volt and contains a built-in thermostat that has an adjustable dial for temperature and also for a timer.
